A bit about us...

We are Frederic, Laura, and Nemo; the little family behind FNL Waffles. Frederic likes to bake, Laura likes to take photos, Nemo likes to sit on Laura, and we all enjoy eating tasty food. Together, we are sharing our love for Benelux and Nordic treats with our fellow Knoxvillians.
