Soft, buttery brioche studded with caramelized chunks of Belgian pearl sugar, this waffle is a traditional street food from the city of Liège in the Walloon region of Belgium. Preorder a box of six (6) waffles or a full dozen (12) or purchase individually at the market for $5 each.
